1. Booking & Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the salon’s booking, deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation policies. Deposit & Appointment Confirmation * A deposit is required to reserve and secure my appointment. * My appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received. * Deposits are applied toward the total cost of my scheduled service. * If the required deposit is not received at least 48 hours before my scheduled appointment, the appointment may be automatically cancelled and the time slot made available to another client. * For appointments booked less than 48 hours before the requested appointment time, the deposit is due immediately in order to secure the appointment. * The salon is not responsible for holding an appointment that has not been secured with the required deposit. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment may be eligible for a deposit refund or transfer to a new appointment, at the salon’s discretion. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. * Same-day cancellations, including cancellations due to illness, emergencies, transportation issues, work conflicts, or other personal circumstances, are subject to the same cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the salon’s discretion. * Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require full payment or an increased deposit before future appointments can be booked. No-Shows * A no-show is considered a missed appointment without sufficient notice. * No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price using the payment method on file, when applicable. * Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be eligible to book appointments. Late Arrivals * A $25 late fee applies when a client arrives more than 15 minutes late and the service can still reasonably be completed. * Arriving late may require the service to be shortened or modified to avoid delaying other scheduled clients. * If the client arrives too late for the service to reasonably be completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and the applicable deposit/cancellation policy will apply. Client Acknowledgment I understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for me and that late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows can result in lost business and an inability to fill the reserved appointment time. I understand that signing this acknowledgment does not replace the required deposit and that my appointment is only secured once the required deposit has been received. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the booking and cancellation policies above.
